Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is sourcing an Energy Engineer for a 12-month renewable assignment at our Tuas site to support a US multinational pharmaceutical client.

The role focuses on energy sustainability, audits, and project management to enhance energy efficiency while adhering to cGMP and safety guidelines. You will liaise with global teams and site stakeholders to drive savings.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Singapore Certified Energy Manager.
• At least 5 years of experience in energy engineering.
• Proven project management experience in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support energy sustainability programs and drive energy efficiency improvements.
• Analyze opportunities, manage projects, and report to governance committees.
• Coordinate with maintenance and utilities for PM and energy programs.
• Develop capital projects and track energy savings across the site.
• Collaborate with global teams and external stakeholders on energy initiatives.
