Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years energy engineering experience, preferably manufacturing.
• SCEM certification.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Knowledge of energy conservation technologies and facilities operations.
• Familiarity with cGMP and regulated manufacturing environments desirable.
• Experience in large or complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding maintenance programs and reliability-centered practices.
• HSE awareness and regulatory inspection preparation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support site-wide energy efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage energy projects with budgets, timelines, and savings tracking.
• Analyze utility data to identify improvements and energy-saving opportunities.
• Support energy audits, monitoring systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and facilities teams to optimize equipment energy usage.
• Manage utility budgets and report savings and risks.
• Support planning of capital projects related to energy and utilities.
• Drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, cGMP and environmental requirements.
