Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme seeks a seasoned Energy Manager to lead on-site energy conservation, align with Singapore Energy Conservation Act 2012, and drive projects that improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

You will coordinate with Project Managers and engineering leaders to implement energy programs, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with NEA and related agencies while advancing the company’s global energy initiatives.

Qualificações

• Must have a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent with strong energy management knowledge.
• Certification as Singapore Certified Energy Manager is required.
• Minimum 5–10 years in pharmaceutical or related industry with leadership experience.
• Understanding of cGMP and GMP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in capital projects planning and energy efficiency programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the site energy conservation program and develop policies.
• Implement energy savings initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage capital plans, budgets, and project execution for energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance, utilities, and engineering teams to optimize energy use.
• Drive EHS and regulatory compliance related to energy management.
