Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled energy transformation lead to drive utility cost optimization and energy efficiency initiatives across the site.

You will manage budgets, 3-5 year improvement plans, coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Global Energy teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable energy savings while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading energy transformation projects.
• Strong project management and budget control skills.
• Familiarity with energy audits, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility cost transformation and energy efficiency projects with on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Drive site-wide energy conservation, monitoring, audits, KPI tracking, and sustainability initiatives.
• Identify and implement energy-saving opportunities and capital projects to reduce energy consumption and costs.
• Manage energy budgets, savings targets, project pipelines, and 3-5 year improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Global Energy teams, SMEs and external stakeholders to minimize manufacturing impact.
• Support engineering design, construction, validation, maintenance, and capital planning activities.
• Ensure projects comply with safety, quality, cGMP, WQS and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving, risk-based decision-making, and change management.
• Promote energy awareness, SHE leadership, sustainable compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.
• Deliver assigned cost, energy, and performance objectives while supporting team development and business priorities.

Job scope:

• Lead utility cost transformation and energy efficiency projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, accurate reporting, and effective risk mitigation.
• Drive site-wide energy conservation, monitoring, audits, KPI tracking, and sustainability initiatives in alignment with global standards and Singapore regulations.
• Identify and implement energy-saving opportunities, technologies, and capital projects to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
• Manage energy budgets, savings targets, project pipelines, and 3-5 year energy improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Global Energy teams, SMEs, and external stakeholders to deliver improvement projects with minimal impact to manufacturing.
