Job summary

The Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry, Singapore is seeking an energetic officer to provide administrative support across its Low-Carbon Energy and Nuclear Energy Divisions for a one-year term. You’ll coordinate security clearances, venue bookings, and industry events, while helping with logistics and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Resourceful and meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with data entry, computation and analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Divisions including security clearance for external visitors/meeting attendees, booking venues for meetings, assisting with logistics and industry engagement events, putting up approvals for overseas work trips and coordinating trips for the team.
• Provide support to the division in financial processes e.g. processing of invoices, tracking of cashflow and budget utilisations.
• Support for the Divisions’ Knowledge Management by ensuring that officers adhere to the organisation’s guidelines and facilitating retrieval of documentations and information.
