Job summary

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice in Singapore is seeking a dependable Food Runner to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will be the vital link between the kitchen and guests, delivering orders promptly, accurately, and with a warm smile.

You will work alongside servers and chefs, support table preparation and cleaning as needed, and help uphold service standards during busy shifts. Candidates should have at least 2 years in F&B, a WSQ Food Safety Level 1, and strong communication and

Valid WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certificate is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B roles.

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders from kitchen to guest tables in a timely and accurate manner.
Verify each dish matches the order before leaving the kitchen.
Communicate special requests or allergies between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Assist servers with table prep and restocking.
Monitor dining areas and provide additional service support as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of busser area, pass-through window, and beverage stations.
Restock takeout bags, containers, and utensils during shifts.
Support closing duties including wiping surfaces and sweeping floors.
Report any food quality issues, spills, or hazards to management.
For takeaway orders, ensure dishes match the main ticket and pack neatly.
