Job summary

Kerry Consulting in Singapore is seeking an IT Application Support Analyst to support ENDUR applications globally, diagnose complex issues, and ensure seamless operations for trading desks.

You will collaborate with teams across APAC, EU and NA, resolve issues, and participate in system enhancements and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT on trading floors, Endur OpenJVS programming, CTRM familiarity, risk and PnL knowledge, and a proven ability to train users.

Qualifications

As an IT Application Support Analyst you'll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting their global ENDUR applications. You'll work closely with teams worldwide, identifying and resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring seamless operations.

What you'll need:

A Energy Trading IT professional with over 5 years' overall IT experience. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working on trading floors, supporting traders, and possessing a deep functional understanding of OpenLink Endur Open link across APAC, EU, and NA Gas and Power markets. This includes expertise in trade capture, confirmations, invoicing, risk management, EOD batch processing, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Endur OpenJVS programming is required. A strong grasp of risk, PnL, and PnL attribution, combined with experience in CTRM application support, including upstream and downstream systems.. A solid understanding of regional Power trading business workflows, trade life cycles, and operations is highly valued.
