Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. invites applications for an IT Support role based in Hillview, Singapore.

You will troubleshoot end-to-end, monitor service levels with internal and outsourced partners, manage data for quality standards, and assist in asset and account administration in line with IT and security policies. You should have a Diploma in IT / Computing or an ITE certificate with relevant IT experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office and ITIL foundation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT / Computing or ITE certificate with IT experience.
• Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office; ITIL foundation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT troubleshooting support and monitor service levels with partners.
• Collate, analyse and maintain data records for governance, dashboards and audits.
• Manage IT assets, tokens and user accounts in line with IT and security policies.
• Support IT provisioning, onboarding, and rollout of IT projects with stakeholders.
