Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking a Recruitment TA Specialist to support our hiring needs during a period of business growth. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business requirements.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technicians, engineers, and corporate functions, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing through portals, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors.
• Experience hiring technicians, engineers, or operations-related roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions, including technicians, engineers, and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Facilitate offer management and onboarding activities for successful candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
