End-to-End TA Process Lead

Job summary

Schroders is seeking a capable Talent Acquisition Concierge to support TA Specialists and Partners throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. The role emphasizes candidate experience, collaboration, and operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with recruitment systems, manage data accuracy, and help with interviews, offers, and supplier relations while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience within HR/ Recruitment.
• Fluency in Mandarin with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent administration skills with recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficient in recruitment systems such as Taleo or Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail with handling highly sensitive data.
• Excellent organisation and time management; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive candidate concierge service to TA Specialists and Partners during end-to-end recruitment.
• Assist with role advertising, candidate management, and ATS updates.
• Schedule interviews and manage interview logistics and documentation.
• Assist with offer letters and approvals, supporting Early Careers as needed.
• Support supplier management and Purchase Orders related to recruitment.
• Maintain recruitment data accuracy across systems and generate reports.
• Provide data insights and TA cost reports as required.
• Act as a contact for hiring teams and onboarding, ensuring smooth experience.
