Job summary

HUDSON RPO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Recruitment Coordination specialist to support end-to-end delivery of hiring, collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates to maintain structure, accuracy, and a high professional standard.

You will coordinate interview scheduling across panels, own logistics end-to-end, ensure timely ATS updates, support job postings and pre-onboarding, and help streamline frameworks to improve efficiency while upholding governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• 4+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
• Experience supporting an in-house Talent Acquisition team in a corporate or regulated environment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Attention to data accuracy across recruitment systems.
• Hands-on experience with ATS such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Clear, confident communication and service-oriented mindset when engaging candidates.
• Structured, proactive, and able to challenge when something looks wrong.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling across recruiters, hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates.
• Own interview logistics end-to-end, including calendars, interview materials, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates during interview stages with professional communication.
• Maintain accurate updates in the ATS, including candidate status and interview outcomes.
• Support job postings, offer documentation coordination, and pre-onboarding activities where required.
• Ensure recruitment activities follow internal process, governance, and documentation standards.
• Partner recruiters to improve recruitment coordination workflows and operational efficiency.
