Job summary

Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a recruitment consultant to develop new business sources, manage relationships with clients, and drive the full recruitment cycle both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant recruitment consultant experiences.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and setting up new sources of businesses and projects and perform relationship management with new and existing accounts
• Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team
• Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company’s overall objective
• Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to the management
• Other ad-hoc duties may apply
