Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is partnering with a leading international life insurance broker to recruit a meticulous Case Manager in Singapore. The role oversees end-to-end administration of life insurance applications and coordinates with Sales Consultants, private bankers, insurers, trustees, and clients to ensure smooth issuance.

You will manage underwriting steps, medicals, compliance checks, and case progression, while maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in life insurance, case management, new business operations, or policy administration.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and policy issuance.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple cases.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing of life insurance applications, from quotations and underwriting through policy issuance and post-issuance support.
• Provide administrative and case management support to Sales Consultants.
• Liaise with private bankers, insurers, trustees and clients to facilitate smooth case progression.
• Coordinate medical examinations and additional underwriting requirements.
