Job summary

HR Focus is hiring an Accounts Executive for an established manufacturing company in Tuas to own full spectrum of accounting—from monthly closings, tax schedules, to transfer pricing documentation—providing real end-to-end finance exposure.

You will manage the AP cycle via SAP, prepare cash flow statements, GST returns, budgets, and assist with fixed assets, bank reconciliations, forex updates, and board pack preparation. Mon-Fri 8.30am–5.15pm; free MRT transport from Marsiling/Jurong East.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Accountancy (or equivalent).
• Min 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Solid grasp of accounting principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial management reports and support smooth monthly closing.
• Manage full AP cycle — invoice capture, payment processing, ledger reconciliation (via SAP).
• Prepare monthly cash flow statements and audit schedules.
• Analyse inventory reports and reconcile SAP against IAR.
• Prepare monthly GST returns.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, tax computation, and transfer pricing documentation.
• Administer the Fixed Asset Register and handle bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
• Update monthly forex rates and manage AP vendor creation in SAP.
• Handle JTC sublet applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Support monthly board pack preparation.
