Job summary

Superpet Plastic Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive/Manager to manage the full set of accounts, handle AR/AP, invoicing, collections and payments, and perform bank reconciliations.

You will oversee GST filing and liaise with external auditors, prepare month-end close, and produce management accounts. The role requires at least 10 years of Singapore accounting experience, manufacturing exposure, and inventory understanding, based at Tuas Crescent with company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Able to handle quarterly GST filing and external auditors
• Worked in manufacturing field before and understands inventory

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts in ACCPAC
• Manage AR, AP, invoicing, collections and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain GL.
• Handle month-end closing, accruals and prepayments.
• Prepare and reconcile Balance Sheet schedules.
• Handle inventory costing, COGS and fixed assets.
• Prepare Sales Report, P&L, Balance Sheet and Management Accounts.
• Handle payroll accounting, CPF and GST.
• Handle year-end closing, tax, audit and statutory reporting.
• Maintain complete accounting records and supporting documents.
• Ensure all accounts work is accurate and completed according to deadlines.
