Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an EMS/PCBA Project Manager to drive revenue growth and manage customer relationships. Responsibilities include RFQ costing, project management from RFQ to mass production, and coordinating with customers and internal departments on project activities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in EMS/PCBA/box build, understands cost structures, and is proficient in MS Office. You will oversee ECO/EOL and inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Sales-related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in EMS/PCBA/Box Build.
• Process manufacturing/program management experience is required.
• Understanding of EMS cost structure and cost modelling.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships, driving revenue growth.
• RFQ costing and sales strategy development for submissions.
• Lead projects from RFQ to mass production.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on project activities.

• Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8.50am to 5.30pm)
• Working Location: Nearest MRT - Tai Seng
• Salary: $3,500 - $4,000

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationship, driving revenue growth
• Manage customer RFQ - Costing and sales strategies for submission.
• Project management from RFQ to Mass production
• Liaise and organizing with customer and internal department on project activities.
• Drive Project deliverables and action plan through the use of the reports, checklist and others.
• Manage product ECO, EOL and inventory.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Sales related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)/ PCBA/ Box Build Activities
• Process Manufacturing / Program management experience is required.
• Understanding of cost structure and cost modelling of EMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Words and Power Point
