Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused project manager to strengthen client relationships, drive RFQ costing strategies, and manage projects from RFQ to mass production.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams, ensure project deliverables through reports and checklists, and oversee ECO/EOL and inventory. Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Sales is required with 3+ years EMS/PCBA experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or sales-related discipline.
• At least 3 years in EMS/PCBA/box build activities.
• Understanding of cost structure and cost modelling for EMS products.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
• RFQ costing and sales strategy development for submissions.
• Project management from RFQ to mass production.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on project activities.
• Drive deliverables using reports, checklists and other tools.
• Manage product ECO, EOL and inventory.
