Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced project manager for EMS/PCBA activities in Singapore. You will manage customer relationships, RFQ costing, and drive projects from quote to mass production.

The role requires at least 3 years in EMS/PCBA, strong cost modelling skills, and proficiency in MS Office; you will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Sales related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in EMS/PCBA/Box Build activities.
• Process manufacturing / program management experience required.
• Understanding of EMS cost structures and cost modelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Handle RFQ costing and sales strategies for submissions.
• Oversee projects from RFQ to mass production.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on project activities.
• Drive project deliverables using reports and checklists.
• Manage product ECO, EOL and inventory.

Job description

• Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8.50am to 5.30pm)
• Working Location: Nearest MRT - Tai Seng
• Salary: $3,500 - $4,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationship, driving revenue growth
• Manage customer RFQ - Costing and sales strategies for submission.
• Project management from RFQ to Mass production
• Liaise and organizing with customer and internal department on project activities.
• Drive Project deliverables and action plan through the use of the reports, checklist and others.
• Manage product ECO, EOL and inventory.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Sales related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)/ PCBA/ Box Build Activities
• Process Manufacturing / Program management experience is required.
• Understanding of cost structure and cost modelling of EMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Words and Power Point
