Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Procurement and Costing specialist to source suppliers, evaluate quotations, and support costing activities across EMS and electronics manufacturing projects.

You will prepare BOM cost analyses, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and maintain supplier performance. Collaboration with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales will ensure timely sourcing and project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma in SCM or related field with hands-on costing and sourcing experience.
• Experience in EMS/electronics manufacturing or semiconductor environment preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and compare pricing.
• Prepare costing, BOM cost analysis, and pricing proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales for timely sourcing.
