Job summary

Our Client is a Contract Manufacturing Company seeking a Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Management to lead components sourcing, procurement, and supply chain analytics within an EMS environment. You will drive RFQ support, BOM costing, and cost modelling to maintain cost competitiveness and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include leading sourcing teams, optimizing inventory, and collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Finance on pricing strategies and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain analytics in EMS manufacturing.
• Leadership experience managing supply chain or materials teams (10+ years).
• Experience supporting RFQs, BOM costing, and margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead components sourcing and procurement to support production and customer demand.
• Optimize inventory and reduce excess/obsolete stock while ensuring material availability.
• Develop supplier relationships to meet quality, cost, delivery, and capacity.
• Drive cost reduction, lead-time improvements, MOQ reductions, and supply continuity.
