Job summary

Infineon Technologies is offering an HR internship in the Emerging Talent team to gain exposure to talent acquisition and university relations, supporting regional perspectives and ongoing programs.

You will work on talent operations, campus engagement, employer branding, and project coordination, while developing cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder skills within a global high-tech organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Social Sciences or related field.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Familiar with Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and collaboration.
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and applications.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Emerging Talent activities and monitor program progress.
• Map and review Emerging Talent processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate virtual and physical recruitment events, including campus activities and career fairs.
• Support employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to strengthen talent attraction.
• Assist in local and regional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and related administrative activities.
