Job summary

Infineon Technologies Singapore invites you to join our Regional Distribution Centre team as an intern from January 2027 for 6 to 12 months. You will work with the outsourced 3PL warehouse team and Infineon systems (ERP SAP, SAP-based tools) to support daily operations and digitalization initiatives.

• Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Analytical & problem-solving: Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven improvement mindset.
• Availability: Internship starting January 2027 onwards for 6–12 months.

Job description

The student, as part of the Regional Distribution Centre Team, will work with various stakeholders including our outsourced 3PL warehouse team to facilitate daily operations, covering a full set of warehouse activities and monitoring via Infineon Systems (i.e. ERP SAP, PIF SAP, Assist4, PIO SAP). The student will also have a chance to be involved in projects related to digitalization.

• Operational Excellence: Identify, evaluate, and manage potential improvements in daily operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Digital Transformation: Actively contribute to logistics and warehouse digitalization initiatives, including process automation and system integration.
• Daily Operations & Reporting: Support day‑to‑day operational tasks and ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of daily performance reports.

• Technical Exposure: Academic exposure to Python, Tableau, or other programming languages is considered a strong plus, though not mandatory.
• Personal Attributes: Demonstrate keen learning agility, self‑motivation, and strong teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask across projects and priorities while maintaining effective communication and interpersonal relationships.
• Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical capabilities and a proactive, meticulous approach to identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Availability & Duration: Available for an internship starting in January 2027 onwards, for a duration of 6 to 12 months.
