Job summary

Ryobi G Group is seeking an Embedded System Engineer to design, develop, and support data logger hardware and embedded systems in Singapore. The role encompasses PCB design, embedded firmware development, real-time system work, and end-to-end system integration with data center processing applications.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in electronics, with skills in embedded C/C++, LabVIEW, Golang and Python.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in PCB design and real-time systems.
• Experience in embedded C/C++, LabVIEW, Golang, Java, Python; server/cloud integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of integrating data logger hardware/embedded software with data center processing applications is a plus.

About the role

Ryobi G Group is a leading specialist in geotechnical engineering, ground imaging technology, and real-time monitoring. We are looking for an Embedded System Engineer to design, develop, and support our data logger hardware and embedded systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop PCB layouts and circuit diagrams for in-house data logger hardware

• Develop embedded software/firmware for data logger hardware

• Real time system development

• System integration (hardware & software), including integration of data logger hardware and embedded software with data center processing applications

• Testing & commissioning

• System documentation

• Technical support to project team / internal process

About you

• Degree/diploma in Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field

• 1 to 3 years experience

• Experience in PCB design, circuit diagram design, and real time system setup/R&D

• Programming in embedded C/C++, LabVIEW, Golang, Java, Python, Database will be added advantage

• Experience in both software, hardware, and implementation/ maintenance in server/ cloud server

• Knowledge of integrating data logger hardware/embedded software with data center processing applications will be added advantage
