Job summary

SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD is seeking a System Software Architect to lead the end-to-end design and development of embedded software for high-performance products. You will define scalable architectures and drive integration across hardware and software platforms.

The role requires strong C/C++, Rust, Python and Bash skills, hands-on Embedded Linux experience (Yocto/PetaLinux), and leadership in DevOps/CI/CD. Singapore Citizens with security clearance eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of embedded software/system design experience.
Experience in software architecture, technical design and system integration.
Strong programming skills in C/C++, Rust, Python and Bash for embedded systems.
Experience with Embedded Linux, Yocto/PetaLinux, OS customization and kernel configuration.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture, design and development of embedded software, firmware and applications.
Define scalable, secure architectures and integration strategies across platforms.
Design and develop embedded Linux solutions including Yocto/PetaLinux, kernel configuration and BSPs.
Lead system integration, debugging, performance optimisation and reliability testing.
Provide technical leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to drive product delivery.
