Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced embedded software architect to lead the design, development, integration, and testing of Linux-based firmware for scalable products.

You will translate requirements into architectures, mentor teams, and ensure robust, production-ready releases. Role requires deep expertise in embedded Linux, C/C++, Rust, and modern DevOps practices, with strong hardware-software integration and cloud-native familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in embedded software architecture, design, and development.
• Proficient in C/C++, Rust, Python, and Bash.
• Strong experience with Embedded Linux and OS customization.
• Good understanding of hardware platforms and hardware-software integration.
• Knowledge of network protocols, routing/switching, and network programming.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud-native concepts.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, GitLab, and Docker.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable, secure, and maintainable embedded software/firmware architectures based on product requirements.

• Maintain technical documentation and enforce software development standards and processes.
