Job summary

MING YAN TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to develop and promote applications for LED/video wall and AV systems.

You will work with design, hardware and business teams to deliver robust firmware, device drivers and reference applications, with onsite support and field testing.

2+ years in LED AV, strong teamwork, and communication skills are essential; fluency in Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Executive specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
• Working experience in LED Video Wall and AV system (2+ years).
• Ability to communicate with relevant people to execute work.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Chinese will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Programming, design and application promotion of LED, LCD video wall and AV system.
• Embedded Software development and support of modules/subsystems for controllers.
• Architecture analysis and definition, design, implementation tuner, transcoder, display, device driver and the reference application, field-test and onsite customer support.
• Consult with Business Development and Marketing team on new feature intent, problems and to suggest solutions.
• Prepare and create documents for Engineering Change Request prior to the release of firmware.
• Act as a pre-sale support for our Business Development team in terms of technical support.
• Communicate between customers' needs and supplier to fulfil requirements.
