Job summary

Hikrobot Singapore is seeking a technically skilled professional to support sales, assess project feasibility, test products, and communicate demands to customers. The role focuses on machine vision, automation, and solution assessment.

You will respond to technical inquiries during trials, feed back requirements to R&D, manage customization projects, handle overseas exhibition tasks, and produce guidance materials in English and Mandarin. Willingness to travel overseas is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in automation, electromechanical, photoelectric or related engineering.
• At least three years in machine vision or related fields.
• Familiar with at least one programming language.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork; English and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales to evaluate project feasibility, test product function, assess solutions and communicate demand.
• Respond to customer's technical consultation during tests and resolve issues in machine vision hardware/software.
• Feedback product and technical requirements to R&D and follow up customization projects.
• Handle after-sales RMAs and conduct quality retrospective communication.
• Produce technical guidance, FAQs and operation videos for foreign colleagues and customers.
• Oversee technical work for overseas exhibitions, including coordinating materials, debugging and providing support.

Job description

• Respond to the customer's technical consultation during the test, and deal with the problems of machine vision hardware and software;
• Feed back product and technical requirements to R&D, and follow up customization projects;
• Deal with customers' after-sales RMA problems, and conduct quality retrospective communication;
• Enable foreign colleagues and customers, and output technical guidance, FAQ and operation videos;
• Responsible for the technical work of overseas exhibitions, including coordinating materials, debugging and providing other support;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, electromechanical, photoelectric or related science and engineering;
• At least three years of relevant working experience in machine vision, industrial automation, image processing industry technology consulting.
• Have a certain optical and electrical foundation, and be familiar with at least one programming language.
• Have good logical thinking, organizational coordination and communication skills, and good team spirit;
• Good communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin for effective internal communication.
• Willing to accept overseas business trip. Previous overseas working experience is preferred.
