Job summary

CTCI Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an ELV/IT systems engineer to design, install, test, commission and maintain ELV and IT systems, with a focus on Security, CCTV, PA, and PWD solutions across Singapore project sites.

You will perform testing, commissioning and preventive maintenance, coordinate with clients and contractors, ensure compliance with drawings and standards, and support project handover and close-out activities. Bilingual English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT, or Building Services.
• Hands-on ELV, IT networks, security/access control, CCTV and PA experience.
• Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Singapore building standards and safety requirements.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; bilingual English/Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, test, commission, and maintain ELV and IT systems, with a strong focus on Security Systems, CCTV, PA, and PWD.
• Perform Testing & Commissioning (T&C), preventive maintenance, system inspection, troubleshooting, and rectification of ELV systems.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and IT vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery across project sites in Singapore.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to resolve system and installation issues.
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, system drawings, test reports, inspection records, and service reports.
• Ensure ELV installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable standards, and safety requirements.
• Support project handover activities, including system testing, documentation, and close-out of outstanding issues.

• Perform Testing & Commissioning (T&C), preventive maintenance, system inspection, troubleshooting, and rectification of ELV systems.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and IT vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery across project sites in Singapore.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant hands-on experience in ELV systems, IT networks, security/access control, CCTV, Public Address (PA), and related systems.
• Experience in system installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Singapore building standards, workplace safety requirements, and construction/project site environments will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple project stakeholders.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with English- and Chinese-speaking clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
