Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer – ELV to join our ELV team in Ang Mo Kio. You will plan, coordinate, and manage ELV projects from installation through testing, commissioning and handover, with hands-on site involvement.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and has at least 1 year of ELV experience with Nurse Call or other ELV systems, plus familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering required.
• 1 year of ELV working experience in ELV system installation, testing and commissioning preferred.
• Familiarity with Nurse Call and other ELV systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and basic project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage ELV projects from installation through testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Implement and oversee ELV systems including Nurse Call, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, PA Systems, and Structured Cabling.
• Coordinate site activities with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Deploy and supervise technicians to ensure proper installation and quality workmanship.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, standards and safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate timely solutions for system integration and installation challenges.
• Prepare and submit project documentation including method statements, drawings, test reports, inspection documents and progress updates.
• Attend site and coordination meetings and provide regular project updates to management.
• Support project handover and ensure all works and documentation are completed per project requirements.
