Job summary

Quintessentially is seeking a dedicated lifestyle concierge to manage each Member’s personalised experience in Singapore. You will earn trust through proactive service, anticipate needs, and deliver bespoke travel, dining, and entertainment arrangements with discretion and polish.

Daily tasks include taking requests, cultivating relationships with high-net-worth Members, resolving issues, and upselling Quintessentially brand services while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Singapore.
• Background in Personal Assistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle or Account Management.
• Experience in lifestyle management for affluent or UHNW individuals.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required; other languages are a plus.
• Outstanding project management with end-to-end coordination.
• Strong IT and CRM system capabilities; data privacy and discretion essential.
• Proactive and reactive mindset; anticipate client needs and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of Member requests including travel, dining, and event bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual Members.
• Meet Members to analyse and address their Membership needs.
• Upsell and cross-sell Quintessentially brand services and preferred suppliers.
• Resolve any problems or complaints to Members’ full satisfaction.

JOB SUMMARY

To manage each Member’s personalised experience, ensuring high individual engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and perception of value.

• Daily Management; taking requests from Members which could include bespoke travel, restaurant recommendations and reservations, live entertainment and sport ticket booking etc.
• To cultivate a strong personal relationship with each individual Member.
• Meeting Members; analysing and efficiently handing their Membership needs
• Upselling and cross-selling of preferred suppliers and Quintessentially brand services.
• To ensure that any problems or complaints are resolved professionally and to the Members full satisfaction.

HOURS OF WORK

Monday to Friday 9:30pm - 6:30pm.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be based in Singapore
• Work background in any of the following sectors/areas: Personal Assistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle and or Account Management, luxury travel & leisure.
• In-depth understanding of requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent, high-net worth individuals.
• Excellent written & oral communication - fluent English a MUST. Other languages advantageous.
• Outstanding project management skills – effectively manage requests from initiation to completion.
• Strong IT and CRM system skills.
• Proactive & reactive simultaneously - know the client base and anticipate their needs, show initiative.
