Job summary

WON is seeking a senior digital designer to own end-to-end, high-conversion experiences across customer journeys for premium ecommerce brands. You will collaborate with the VP of Design, build AI-native design systems, and ship fast while maintaining premium aesthetics.

You bring 5+ years in digital design, a premium portfolio, mastery in Figma, and comfort in measuring impact with data. Experience with AI design tools like Claude Design or Figma MCP is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of digital design experience in agency or in-house.
Strong ecommerce/DTC experience and premium portfolio.
Mastery of Figma and typography.
Ability to articulate design decisions with data.
Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP.

Responsibilities

Design high-conversion sites and landing pages that feel premium and top 1%.
Design the full customer journey across acquisition, onboarding, PDPs, cart, and retention.
Build and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems.
Use Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated asset generation to speed up production.
Continuously evaluate workflow and turn parts into repeatable systems or agents.
Present work with conviction, backed by data like session replays and cohort behavior.
