Job summary

IGREEN BIZ ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Lift & Escalator Supervisor to lead on-site repair projects, ensuring schedules, quality work and safety compliance. You will coordinate with contractors and manage manpower to keep progress on track.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in the lift and escalator sector, holds BCSS certification, and can supervise a multinational crew with a proactive, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Lift & Escalator industry.
• Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) certificate.
• Able to communicate with and supervise a multinational workforce at site.
• Good team player with a positive working attitude.
• Experience as a supervisor or similar role is advantageous.
• Relevant work experience in service and maintenance of elevators and escalators will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairing works scheduling of lifts and escalators, project supervision, and documentation.
• Supervise and monitor the repairing works of lifts and escalators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve repair issues.
• Report on work progress.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of work.
• Ensure quality works are achieved and safety regulations are complied.
• Responsible for manpower planning and usage at the site.
• Liaise with Main-contractors/Supplier.
• Ad hoc assignment as and when required.
