Job summary

CONSTRUCTIONS INDUSTRIELLES DE LA MEDITERRANEE - CNIM SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support elevator and escalator systems in Singapore. You will join the maintenance team and report to the Maintenance Operations Manager, performing routine and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and safety.

You will troubleshoot faults, carry out repairs, and respond to emergency service calls on standby.

Qualifications

Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
At least 1-2 years of work experience in maintenance, servicing, or repair of elevators and escalators is preferred.
Able to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and corrective repairs in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on assigned elevators and escalators.
Carry out troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair works when required.
Respond to emergency service calls when on standby duty.
Complete maintenance checklists and service reports.
Follow company procedures and safety regulations at all times.
Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
Perform other duties as assigned.
