Job summary

Otis SE is seeking a qualified maintenance mechanic in Singapore to ensure safe operation of elevators and escalators across a defined territory. You will perform maintenance visits, address breakdowns promptly, and liaise with customers on site to build strong working relationships.

You will bring a Diploma or Higher Nitec in Vertical Transportation or Engineering, plus a CoC certification and at least 4 years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Vertical Transportation/Engineering or related discipline.
• CoC Certification is required.
• Min 4 years of experience servicing elevators/escalators.
• Familiar with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 100% of elevator maintenance and service visits in your territory.
• Manage the portfolio of elevators within your geographical area.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns with aim of first-time fix.
• Carry out minor repairs to maintain operation.
• Liaise with customers on site to maintain good working relationships.
