Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a maintenance mechanic in Singapore to ensure passenger safety by maintaining elevator and escalator units.

You will carry out maintenance visits across a defined territory and respond quickly to breakdowns to achieve first-time fixes. The role requires a Diploma/Higher Nitec in Vertical Transportation or Engineering, a valid CoC certification, and at least 4 years of hands-on experience in servicing elevators and escalators.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Vertical Transportation or Engineering.
• CoC certification is required.
• Min. 4 years of elevator/escalator service and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% of elevator maintenance and service visits in your territory.
• Manage portfolio of elevators within your geographical area.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and aim for first-time fix.
• Carry out minor repairs to maintain continual operation.
