Job summary

KONE Singapore is seeking a field service technician to maintain and repair elevator and escalator equipment on customer sites. You will provide on-site communication, ensure safety, and uphold high service standards.

The role emphasizes client interaction, proactive reporting, and teamwork with local colleagues. You will wear company gear, follow maintenance procedures, and contribute to continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service or technical field with direct customer interaction.
• Education in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, site contacts and end-users on site.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive on-site communication and quality service.
• Adhere to safety practices during all service visits and report hazards.
• Execute service visits (maintenance, callouts, 24/7 needs) per schedules and standards.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements by feedback to supervisor and quality dept.
