Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Technician to deliver safe, reliable, and high‑quality maintenance and support services for elevators, escalators, and related systems.

You will service and adjust components, respond to breakdowns across multiple sites, and collaborate with the Service Operations Team to meet sales targets and quality standards while complying with local EH&S requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec in Engineering.
• Relevant work experience in service and maintenance of elevators/escalators.
• CoC in Lift/Escalator Maintenance is an asset.
• Team player and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing of elevators, escalators and mechanical-parking systems in accordance to local code of practice.
• Demonstrate understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures and comply accordingly on the job.
• Attend to breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites.
• Support Service Operations Team to achieve department objectives on service sales targets and service quality standards.
• Familiar with BCA requirements.
