Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a capable production lead to manage and motivate a team of production operators. You will assist in manpower planning, oversee daily production operations, and ensure processes are followed safely and efficiently.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, ability to identify quality issues, and willingness to undergo hands-on training for several months, with overtime including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production, manufacturing operations or production supervision is advantageous.
• Able to lead, manage and motivate production operators.
• Willing to undergo hands-on production training for a few months.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading, managing and motivating a team of production operators and handlers.
• Support daily manpower planning and deployment within the department.
• Ensure daily production and department operations run smoothly.
• Ensure production processes and procedures are properly implemented and followed.
• Monitor production activities to ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot and follow up on production-related quality issues.
• Train and guide operators on production processes, work procedures and safe working practices.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the production team and other departments.
• Support the supervisor in maintaining productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
• Undergo hands-on production training for the first few months to gain a good understanding of the company's processes and operations.
• Perform other production-related duties as required to support department operations.
