Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Production Coordinator to oversee daily production activities, ensure quality, and hit targets on the shop floor in Singapore.

You will monitor performance, coordinate manpower, machinery and materials, and work with multiple departments to resolve issues while maintaining 5S standards and up-to-date production records.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in production/manufacturing, strong leadership, good communication, and solid PC skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production coordination or supervising Production Operators.
• Good understanding of production processes, quality standards, wastage control and non-conforming materials.
• Able to coordinate manpower, machinery and materials.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• General PC/computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and meet quality and production targets.
• Monitor performance and ensure adequate manpower, machinery and materials.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Supervise Production Operators and ensure productivity and discipline.
• Control production wastage and handle non-conforming materials.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and organized working environment.
• Maintain production documents and quality records.
• Collect production data for performance reporting.
• Assist Production Manager in process improvements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on equipment-related matters.
• Support staff welfare and maintain a positive work environment.
• Participate in factory meetings and update on performance.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
