Job summary

Richport Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Production Engineer to support and optimize daily electroplating operations, ensuring consistent product quality, efficient production flow, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role requires strong knowledge of plating processes, chemical bath control, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.
1-5 years' plating/electroplating, surface finishing, or chemical processing experience.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process-improvement skills; knowledge of Lean, SPC, and chemical safety standards.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control process parameters (temperature, pH, current, bath levels, flow, pump condition) daily.
Identify opportunities to improve loading efficiency and throughput with engineering teams.
Participate in root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
Support preventive maintenance and calibration of plating equipment and sensors.
Complete production forms, logs, and update SOPs; report status daily.
Ensure safe handling of chemicals and support EHS inspections and briefings.
