Job summary

Future Electronics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Singapore to oversee daily warehouse activities for an electronics components distribution business. You will drive inventory accuracy, optimize space, and ensure timely order fulfillment across high-SKU environments.

This role requires strong leadership, strict SOP adherence, and the ability to manage SAP/EWM systems, coordinate with procurement and sales, and lead a team of supervisors and operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in warehouse or distribution operations, preferably electronics.
• Experience with SAP/EWM and high-SKU inventory management.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure efficient layout and space utilization for high-volume, small-component inventory
• Optimize workflows to improve order accuracy and turnaround times
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
