Job summary

NEW PROSPERITY ELECTRICAL (PTE) LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Support to assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate inventory and timely shipments.

You will help with picking, packing, issuing shipments, monitoring stock levels, investigating incidents, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain smooth warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments to align activities.
• Attention to stock accuracy and timely order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff activities under guidance.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales and Delivery teams to align activities.
• Execute picking, packing, and issuing of shipments accurately and timely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock levels for replenishment.
• Investigate operational incidents and propose corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse functions.
