Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced production professional to support electromechanical manufacturing operations, prototype builds, assembly, testing, and documentation.

You will review BOMs and engineering drawings, follow routing and work instructions, and ensure ISO, safety, and quality procedures are followed. Collaborating with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Planning teams, you will maintain accurate production records and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience in electromechanical assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and wiring schematics.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/manufacturing systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues and support smooth manufacturing operations.
• Support prototype builds, product assembly, testing, and production activities.
• Review BOMs, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing documents.
• Ensure correct materials, routing, and work instructions are followed.
• Support Manufacturing Engineering with process improvements and design-for-manufacturing activities.
• Identify and resolve production, quality, and documentation issues.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow company safety, quality, and ISO procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
