Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Equipment Technician to support assembly, testing and maintenance of high‑tech manufacturing equipment.

You will read schematics, follow SOPs and troubleshoot electromechanical systems in a cleanroom environment. Ideal candidates have hands‑on experience with electrical/test instruments, vacuum and pneumatic systems, and a passion for problem solving. Qualifications

• Diploma/Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related field.
• 1–10 years hands-on experience in semiconductor/electronics/equipment manufacturing environments.
• Practical experience in assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Able to read SOPs and follow written instructions; familiar with hand/power tools.
• Experience with electrical/electronic test instruments; vacuum/pneumatic systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, test, maintain and repair electrical and electro‑mechanical equipment per instructions.
• Read schematics and wiring diagrams; follow engineering drawings and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to identify and fix issues.
• Support vacuum and pneumatic systems; use test fixtures and instruments.
• Check incoming parts for defects; document equipment status and parts usage.
• Assist with basic software installation/configuration where needed.
• Maintain quality, safety and cleanroom procedures; work in a technical team.
• Record accurate technical documentation of work performed.
