Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of cost estimating, quantity surveying, or project support.
• Experience with electrical systems in marine/offshore environments is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Strong analytical and cost evaluation skills for electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support cost estimates for electrical scopes in repair and upgrade projects.
• Develop WBS and cost breakdowns aligned with project scope.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and production teams for inputs.
• Participate in bid reviews and technical-commercial clarifications.
• Ensure timely completion of electrical cost estimates for tenders.
• Conduct market research on electrical equipment and subcontractor pricing.
• Support preparation of technical-commercial documentation for bids.
• Share insights on electrical cost drivers and pricing trends.
