Job summary

CTES CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site QS Engineer - Electrical to support tendering and on-site cost control in Singapore. You will assist the Manager with contract handling, prepare budget estimates, and coordinate with suppliers and project teams.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years experience in M&E subcontractor environments. Candidates should be able to review market rates and respond to tender clarifications and presentations.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience in cost estimation and tender budgeting.

Responsibilities

Assist Manager to handle general contracts and various tender documents.
Provide budget cost or estimates as per instruction.
Liaise with suppliers for their products and services presentation.
Troubleshoot technical problems during tender processes.
Communicate with other departments regarding documents and issues.
Coordinate with suppliers/contractors on bills and quantities follow-ups.
Evaluate and check market unit rates monthly/quarterly for materials and labour costs.
Hand over tender documents and costing to project team after award.
Attend site show rounds for tended opportunities.
Reply to tender clarifications, and prepare for tender interviews and presentations.
