Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2–3 years of related experience in M&E Subcontractor environment.
• Willing to travel and be stationed at island-wide construction sites as required.
• Ability to manage tender documents and coordinate with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager to handle general contracts and various tender documents.
• Provide budget cost or estimates as per instruction.
• Liaise with suppliers for their products and services presentation.
• Able to look for solutions regarding any technical problems during tender.
• Communicate with other Departments in dealing with various documents and issues.
• Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding follow up on bills and quantities.
• Evaluate and check market unit rates monthly/quarterly for material and labour cost.
• Hand over all tender documents and costing to project team once the tender is awarded.
• Attend site show rounds for tenders that we are interested in.
• Reply to tender clarifications, prepare for tender interviews and presentations.
