Job summary

TREENDBUILD CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee M&E and general construction activities at project sites in Singapore.

The role involves reviewing specifications, coordinating with clients and sub-contractors, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The candidate will monitor daily schedules, supervise mechanical and electrical works, and manage documentation, site inspections, and commissioning activities to ensure timely progress and smooth operation

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Identify/check drawing discrepancies
• Prepare method statements, material requisition
• project planning & supervision, M&E cost control
• project documentation, drawings updating
• Coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters & proposals
• Inspections of work by sub-contractors, ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• To ensure proper quality and safety regulations are complied
• Site monitoring inspection, liaison with local authorities, testing and commissioning
• ensure all works carried out are in accordance To the drawings, specifications, construction plan and procedures method statement
• Supervise and Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works
• Monitor daily work activity schedules
• Reports all defects in materials and workmanship, Non-Compliance Report To the project Manager for corrective, remedial and preventive measures
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time To time.
