Job summary

TECHNIHUB IEA SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, BIM coordination, and measurement activities on Singapore construction projects.

You will review drawings, prepare Bills of Quantities, monitor costs, and coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate quantities and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, drafting, or BIM/3D modelling in construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, tender documents, and technical details.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off, measurement methods, costing, progress claims, variation orders, and final account preparation.
• Proficiency in drafting or modelling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, or equivalent software.
• Good understanding of construction materials, site practices, and project documentation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with good numerical,analytical, and measurement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of BIM processes, 5D quantity extraction, or MEP/electrical works will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-off from drawings, specifications, 3D models, and site measurements.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, tender documents, and quotation comparisons.

• Assist in preparing as-built drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and related documentation.
• Maintain proper records of measurement sheets, drawing revisions, cost reports, variation registers, and project correspondence.
• Attend site inspections and meetings as required to verify quantities, progress, and drawing updates.
