Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven track record in delivering large scale complex projects within construction, engineering, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to project managers, ensuring effective implementation of decisions.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
